We at Guru & Jana have a process of maintaining a Manual Dairy for all the employees, where the task allocated/planned by the employees are written Manually. This Dairy would be monitored accordingly on daily basis by respective team heads. In order to monitor the activities of the employees accurately by the team heads, we have also formed certain policies for Dairy like the manually written Dairy snapshot should be uploaded in M DAY app before 12AM of the particular day. Any delay or failure to upload the same would result in absenteeism of the respective employee. We also have options to apply leave on MDAY app in order to track the employees leave/absenteeism for the day.
The M DAY has featured with many other options, wherein the groups can be created for employees based on their teams and all the members in the particular team can view the dairy of their colleagues and can comment/like the same. The team heads can review the dairies at any time and from anywhere at their convenience, which would in turn help them to monitor the work flow of the team members effectively. Overall we can conclude that the MDAY is an effective tool for our firm which helps in maintaining a day’s work completely organised and monitored effectively.
